Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes
Mornings are my favorite time of day. I get up before I need to because it’s quiet. I don’t have to do anything yet. I get to just be one with my coffee and the morning air.
When the mood strikes me, I make one of these vegetarian breakfast recipes which always helps me stay zen and know I’m putting the right fuel in my body for the rest of the day.
Take a gander at these breakfast recipes. There are some you can make ahead of time if you need to scoot out the door, some for long sunny mornings when you’ve got nowhere to be and everyday vegetarian breakfast recipes too.
They’re all scrumptious and they all pair well with coffee... but then, what doesn’t?
Grains for Brains

I know $6 here and there isn’t that bad but man, it just felt like too much for how quickly we were going through it. That’s when I really started to focus on homemade versions of our favorite grains. They end up being a lot cheaper and you know exactly what's going in your body.
- After many trial and error sessions (none of which turned out too terribly) these are the granola recipes that met the mark. We now make a big batch on the weekends because once you start smelling it in your kitchen, it’ll be gone before you know it!

- You know those special days where you get to sleep in and mosey on over to the kitchen at your leisure? Play up the playfulness with some good old fashioned pancakes. It's really hard for these little suckers not to bring a smile to my face. (They also inspire me to do a little dance in my pj's.)
